Política de envío

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed. Some items are are manufactured or made on a made-to-order basis. These items may take longer to ship. These take time to be made and typically take 3-4 weeks to create and send.

For some promotional items free shipping is provided on a promotional case by case basis. This promotion can not be applied to any other products except the products listed. Free shipping does not include a tracking number.

For all other types of shipping we include a tracking number for convenience.
